Una passeggiata a Eguisheim in Alsazia fra vigneti e cantine a gustare i grandi vini : Alsace , Alsace Grand Cru e, il mio preferito Crèmant d' Alsace. In questo paesino dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato, è meraviglioso perdersi nelle piccole vie e scoprire la sua storia scritta sulle pietre antiche , camminare in mezzo alle case che ci ricordano Hansel & Gretel e i paesi che abbiamo visto sui libri delle favole contemplando anche il suo silenzio interrotto solo dal battito del becco delle cicogne che dall'alto dei loro nido ti osservano curiose. Un arcobaleno , un meraviglioso tramonto dai colori indescrivibili , un arietta frizzantina , e un sano appettito sono stati il preludio di un'ottima cena in uno dei tanti ristoranti del paese .
A walk in Eguisheim in Alsace among vineyards and cellars to taste the great wines: Alsace, Alsace Grand Cru and, my favorite: Crèmant d'Alsace. In this town where it time seems the time has stopped ,is wonderful to get lost in the narrows streets and discover its history written on the ancient stones, watching the houses that remind us of Hansel& Gretel and the villages we have seen in the books of fairy tales, also contemplating its silence broken only by the beating of beak of the storks watching curious from theirs nest up on the chimney. A rainbow , a gorgeous sunset with incredible colors, a brisk breeze and a healthy appetite were the prelude to an excellent dinner in one of the many restaurants in the country.
